Retes’ Wedding…

Right in the middle of a fairy tale

So this weekend I traveled to Alpharetta, GA to see a friend of mine tie the knot!

In a world where brides want a “do over” thanks to “Pinterest” my friend managed to have the right amount of details to make you feel like you were in the middle of a fairy tale.

The location was beautiful! A family home on a lake.

With white church pews and dainty pink flowers with mason jars.

As you walk in you’re reminded that this is a family coming together as one.

If you knew the bride you would’ve been touched by the ceremony. You would’ve giggled a little too. And you would’ve forgot to cheer when they announced them as “Husband & Wife”. Not because you weren’t excited for them, but because you’d just witnessed magic and it took your breath away.

As we were led into the reception you would’ve been transported into “A good old fashioned Southern Wedding”! Thank you again Pinterest, not for taking over a wedding, but for showing us the pictures to put into words what we’ve always dreamed of.

I’ve been in, performed, and bore witness to the magic of so many weddings. Each one so unique and full of hope. May God Bless these two wonderful people and their beautiful daughter!

What God has joined together let no man separate.
